Chuck has been active in the real estate business since 1991 as a salesperson, trainer, manager and broker. Chuck has active licenses in PA, NC and NJ, and he can practice as a real estate instructor in PA and NJ.
While managing and selling, Chuck has been responsible for more than 600 transactions. He began his career as a Sales Associate in Raleigh NC from 1991-95, became a partner in a national franchise in 1996, relocated to Pittsburgh PA and opened a business as a real estate trainer from 1997-99, eventually hired by a client to serve as Director of Training (2000), and as an Office Manager (2001-02).
In 2003, he “retired” to care for a relative. He re-entered the business as a trainer of continuing education, broker and pre-licensing classes in 2004.
Chuck is active in local, state and national associations in the real estate field.
With the Bucks County Association of Realtors®, Chuck serves an elected Director. He was co-chair of the “Grievance Committee” (2005-06), and is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee. To stay current with real estate issues in New Jersey, he is a member of the Burlington-Camden Counties (NJ) Association of Realtors® and the New Jersey Association of Realtors®.
With the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR), Chuck is a member of the Standard Forms Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, and he is an appointed Director of PAR for 2008.
As a trainer, Chuck is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association.
He is a Certified “E-pro,” and a member of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
